Last week Square Enix announced that Octopath Traveler had sold over 1 million units. While very exciting for Octopath do so well its the photo they used that had everyone scratching their heads.
Can you spot the similarities?
The artwork looks very intentional to me and now we have this tweet that all but confirms they are hinting at Bravely Default.
There’s more pointing to something Bravely related the Bravely Twitter account has changed its name to Bravely ◯◯◯◯◯. Now those circles have enough spaces for the word Third. The question is will this be a 3DS game or will it be coming to the Switch? I found an article from CrunchyRoll.com that reported on the Bravely Default Twitter account showcasing one the Bravely characters with two Joycons and a Switch.
All we can do is speculate at this point but seems that something Bravely related will be announced soon. Will it be a new 3DS game or does the photo above point to the next Bravely game releasing on the Switch? My preference would be a 3DS game to complete the trilogy followed by a Bravely Collection for Switch. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
