How many styles does Super Mario Maker 2 have?
The photo above shows the original four Super Mario Maker levels and below them the new style Super Mario 3D World. You will notice that there is an open spot next to 3D World. What does this mean? My hope is there is another style that we will be able to unlock. I have a couple of theories.
- More 3D Mario games will be represented, i.e., Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, Mario Galaxy, etc.
- Super Mario 2, Yoshi’s Island or even the GameBoy games Super Mario Land.
DLC possibilities?
If 3D World is the only new style could we see DLC down the road? It seems like quite the possibility, and I’m cool with it. I would love to Nintendo support this game well into the future. The thought of tossing Cappy to increase Mario’s jumps could make for some interesting design choices. Where are your thoughts? Do you think we will see DLC?
