Animal Crossing Switch Could Arrive Late Q1 2019 [Rumor]

Paying Nook In Early 2019

Lootpots.com is reporting that Animal Crossing Switch could arrive late Q1 2019 according to their sources. All we know from Nintendo is 2019 but with the amount of consoles they want to move this fiscal year it seems likely. Animal Crossing and Pokémon generation eight seem to be the last two heavy hitters to round out the Switches library. I’m basing that on the top-selling titles on 3DS. With Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart and Zelda BOTW leading the charge in 2017 and 2018 being led by Smash Bros, Pokémon and potentially Animal Crossing, what will Nintendo do in the fiscal year 2019? My hope is new IP and possibly a new Mario Kart.

Let’s not get too far ahead of our selves and enjoy the fact that we may be paying Tom Nook back as soon as March 2019. What will the special edition Switch look like? The January Direct will have to be Animal Crossing focused. I’m of the mind that this game has been in development for quite some time so a Q1 release doesn’t seem out of reach.

What are thoughts on this rumor does it hold any weight for you? Let me know in the comments below.
