About Dry Bones Burnout
Dry Bones Burnout is the fourth and final course of the Leaf Cup in Mario Kart World and the second checkpoint of the Heart Rally. The track sits beside Bowser’s Castle in the volcanic northwest region and features a huge skeletal structure, wooden bridges, bone paths, rib tunnels, and a lake of lava. A nearby graveyard gives it a Día de los Muertos theme, and the Kamek item can transform racers into Fish Bone, Dry Bones, or Pianta.
The course opens with a metal grate over a lava pond and early sharp turns before moving into wooden bridges and rib tunnels with split routes. A glide section sends racers onto a giant Dry Bones head, where paths run through the beak, eyes, or open mouth. Near the end, a wall ride can reach a final bone path and a Glide Ramp leading to the finish.
