- How to efficiently customize gear in Splatoon 2 or get pure gear?
- Pure gear is all 4 of the matching abilities
- Abilities will vary depending on the weapon and game mode
- When going for a specific make sure to be wearing a brand of clothing that has a greater chance of obtaining the of rolling the ability you are looking for when leveling up
- Play Salmon Run to earn meal tickets they help you earn cash and experience faster
- Participate in Splatfest and rank up to King or Queen to the max number of Snails it’s also only 2000 in-game currency to scrub the Splatfest tee vs the normal 20K
- Snails will allow to reroll abilities or add ability slots to your gear
- Be sure to scrub your gear once its all of the slots are full
- You need a total of 60 ability chunks to make pure set 10 for the first slot, 20 for the second and 30 for the 3rd
- If you fill all three slots and are missing one ability that you need you can still fill that spot with the ability you need so don’t’ reroll or scrub that gear.
